Tata Capital to raise Rs 20,000 crore in new debt and expand retail book

Tata Capital Financial Services – a subsidiary of Tata Capital – plans to raise additional debt of up to Rs 20,000 crore in the current financial year to bolster its retail portfolio. The company is rapidly digitizing its network and using Tata Group’s recently launched e-commerce initiative – TataNeu – to onboard new customers by issuing new loans on the app.
